For the second time, controversial American rapper, songwriter, record producer and fashion designer Kanye West, who also goes by Ye, has been suspended from Twitter. This time, under the direction of Elon Musk.
Kanye West broke the platform’s rules after posting antisemitic tweets. Elon Musk clarified via a reply tweet to Kim Dotcom that Kanye West’s account was suspended for inciting violence and not because he posted a photo opposing Elon Musk.
Just clarifying that his account was suspended for incitement to violence, not my pic by Ari.
Honestly, I found those photos helpful weight loss motivation!

Kanye West also tweeted a photo of a Nazi swastika fused with a Star of David, in what was a Twitter frenzy. He then went on to post on Donald Trump’s Truth Social website, where he said his Twitter account was temporarily closed. Elon Musk went on to explain that he did his best to get Kanye West to follow Twitter’s rules, but the latter kept posting content that violated the platform’s rules against incitement to violence, and thus his account had to be suspended.
I did my best. Despite this, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. The account will be suspended.

The latest suspension of Kanye West’s account followed a suspension in October for posting anti-Semitic content. In the past few hours, Kanye West has also been in the news after appearing on Alex Jones’ Infowars where he paid tribute to Hitler.
After the appearance, the House Judiciary Republican account deleted the Oct. 6 tweet that said, “Kanye. Elon. Trump.” The social network Parler also announced that Kanye West will no longer be buying the company. “Parlement Technologies has confirmed that the Company and Ye have mutually agreed to terminate the intent to sell Parler. This decision was made in the interest of both parties in mid-November. Parlement will continue to pursue future opportunities for growth and platform development of our vibrant community,” said Parlement Technologies, parent, of Parler.
